- For all returns please request a return slip from our office or salesperson.
- There must be a reasonable reason for a return request.
- Please include all details of your return and our office will arrange for pickup.
- Returns without a return slip will not be honored.
- Returns will not be accepted on Covid related items.
- Return requests, shortages, and discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of order.
- No returns on open cases.
